Matt began his journey in to the world of health and fitness over 7 years ago. Having led his own transformation as a teenager and finding himself coaching his friends, he realised this could be more than just a hobby.

After a stint working in animal care he began to take things more seriously and trained to become a fully qualified coach. Since then he’s worked with hundreds of clients across commercial gyms, private country clubs and performance centres.

With each and every client he embeds an understanding that food and training plans alone will not change everything. Instead, he focuses on a holistic approach looking at lifestyle, habits and routines for success.
