Luke has been working in the fitness industry for a number of years, training clients through a range of disciplines including boxing, yoga, bootcamp and football to name a few. Through all of these his focus is on working both body and mind to achieve optimum results.
As a keen footballer himself, Luke finds every opportunity to combine clients exercise with enjoyment and believes this is key to enhanced personal motivation. Working with his clients to create programmes which suit their lifestyle is key to ensuring success.
