Jamie began his fitness journey like most people; as something to do when he was 18, but it wasn’t until he came across the concept of strength training that he really became passionate about it.
Later, a series of unfortunate events with his own health allowed him to learn much more about gut health and the nervous system. Today it’s in these areas that his true passion lies.
His goal is to empower individuals by optimising their health and performance.
