🔥 I can't wait for this year's retreat, reflecting back on last year's retreat, it was the best 5 days ever with amazing people.🔥 🏖Ibiza is a special island; the villa is stunning. 🏖 & there is no better feeling when you are ; Working out twice a day Out in the sun. Eating amazing food. ♥️So the happiest moment of my life happened last night ♥️ Tara gave birth to our son Reuben Fox-Lopez. He is beautiful, everything imagined and more, I can stop looking at him, and don’t want to put him down can’t wait to show him to his big brother Freddie the Frenchie. But honestly I don’t know where to begin with Tara yesterday I was in awe, of how well she handled it, the control she had, and dealing with the pain and 16-17 hours in labor, she really is a wonder women. I have a new found respect for all women after yesterday, and I wanted to do this message for a appreciation for Tara, not just for yesterday but also she is the backbone behind everything I do, & supports & helps me with the business & life in general lol Love my little family ♥️ Danny
🏆🔥So we launched a new programme for guys.🔥🏆 ♥️Called the Male mastery programme.♥️ Now I thought this year; I'm going to do this programme too. I'm going to be accountable to my Team & clients. And create pressure for myself, which is always needed to drive me forward. And I want to show them what you can achieve while having a child ( be here any day now) While growing a business, and being limited on time. While running a team While dealing with over 150 people daily. 🔥So I sat down and wrote down my goals for this year, with my body.🔥 This was great; i created a roadmap. I reverse-engineered it back and set weekly targets. I then set daily process goals. And I planned my day meticulously on my calendar. To leave nothing to chance. 🙌But what is going to be the difference this year?🙌 As the last two years, it hasn't been a priority to go to the next level with my body, I've got good results but not Exceptional results like between 2014-2018. Well, it is a flip in persepctive, I'm not doing this to be shredded any more. 🔥So what am I doing this for?🔥 What feelings do I want?? I want to feel proud of my body again. I want to be even more of an accomplished leader to my clients & Team, and that means me showing the way. I want an abundance of energy - so I can keep growing the business, and looking after my family, and do the things I want to do. I want to feel like I'm a consistently high performing i want to feel like I'm continually growing I want to feel secure in myself emotionally. I want to feel motivated & driven daily I want to feel like I'm in my zone of genius daily. I want to feel like an athlete again. I want to feel proud of my body & business with no short cuts taken, just hard, consistent work & progress. I want to feel uncomfortable daily and not settling for anything less than the best. 🤔So What feelings do you want this year?🤔 What will achieving your goals make you feel like? No, it isn't enough to write down these feelings, you must remind yourself of them daily, and review them daily. You must be honest about how far away you are from achieving this and create a plan to change this. Danny
If you remain how you are right now, you will achieve the same as last year, and hit the same destination. With your Body, business,money,health, energy, performance. ⠀ So first of all do you know where you are are heading? Do you know the roadmap. Then if not are you willing to make changes? Are you courageous enough to take the different route? And go in a new direction. Photo 1 Start date - July 24th 2019 Weight - 108kg Waist - 120cm Photo 2 Current date - 23rd December 2019 Weight - 83.2kg Waist - 99.5cm These results speak for themselves! Not only has Tim made some incredible visible changes we now have Tim - ✅MEDICATION FREE Amlodophine 🗑 Losartan 🗑 Metformin 🗑 ✅IN REMISSION FOR TYPE 2 DIABETES ✅OPTIMAL BLOOD PRESSURE ✅OPTIMAL RESTING HEART RATE ✅OPTIMAL LDL/HDL CHOLESTEROL How did we do this ? Well in all honesty there is nothing fancy here. 👉Morning and evening routines locked in. Tim would send me a list of his “whys” behind what he is doing and a voice message giving me feedback on the previous day EVERY morning of our journey. 👉A food plan to optimise tims digestion and blood glucose management. 👉Reaching out to me to help plan for social occasions and education around food choices and portion control around when he is not eating to his food plan. 👉Education around the psychology behind some of his behaviours especially comfort eating on emotion. MANY struggle with this! 👉 Focus on steady state cardio and breathing routines for the first phase of his program and then the addition of resistance training when the body was in a good place to do so. I am extremely proud of tims achievements this year and we wanted to share this to inspire the many guys that are desperate to change but just don’t believe in themselves enough to take the first step.
