This is A conversation I had with one of my new clients yesterday.
Xmas used to be his favorite time, as it’s full of parties, meals out with his team & family events.
But now he’s thinking of how he can get out of it, as his clothes are too tight.
Now he conscious he doesn’t look how he used too.
He’s conscious of his bloating, which makes him look pregnant at times.
He’s conscious of how he’s going to look & feel tomorrow, with lots of work to do.
At the start of the call, my client was undecided to start now or in January, and I said to him, either way, I’ll be fine, but will you?
So I gave him two options.
Option 1 : 🏆
You start now.
You lose 4-5kg before Xmas.
You feel sharp & more confident
You have less bloating.
you have more energy
& you enjoy xmas.
Or option 2 😭
You put it off till January
So you feel miserable over Xmas, and you wait for janaury.
And January is even harder when you have more weight to lose, and your gut health, energy anxiety & health is worse?
My job isn’t to be nice; it’s too Coach my clients to get their body back & lose 20kg.
It’s To get them to perform at a high level consistently
And its to transform their lives & confidence.
And it all starts by calling them out on their stories, worries & doubts so we can take significant action & get amazing results like all our clients in our world.
