– drink 3 liters of water & add some electrolytes to your drink.
– aim for as much sleep as possible – I aim for 6-7 hours a night
– Add a walk outside in daily to clear your head.
– Exercise daily – preferably in the morning.
– Journal each morning – to brain dump your thoughts, and write down your tasks, goals & the feelings you want & are chasing.
– Focus on growth- listen to audiobook/podcast or read daily.
– Learn a new skill
– Do something uncomfortable daily – cold shower/ workout/ challenge.
– Set goals- break down into mini milestones & refocus on this daily, so you have clarity heading into work.
– Eat well – focus on 3 meals full of plenty of protein & mixture of fats & carbs.
