❌No? Ok, here’s another one for you…❌
If you don’t do something about it now could you regret it in 10 years time?😢
If the answers yes then it’s time for change.
To do so you will need to go through the pain but trust me, the pain of doing something positive and changing today is far less than the pain you’d feel in 10 years having done nothing!
It takes courage, resilience and persistence.
It means embracing & harnacing that fear you feel and taking action. If you can do these things even on the toughest days you will become the best version of you.
Are you willing to do what it takes?
You may want to lose weight and be less anxious right now.
You may want to feel happier.
But will you be up at 6am tomorrow morning to do what’s required?
Will you be motivated when you really need it?
Are you willing to step out your comfort zone every day?
Don’t get me wrong – we all have moments when motivation isn’t there, especially when it’s needed most.
✅This is one of the key factors in having a coach… accountability.
✅Relying on your motivation alone will only go so far. A coach keeps you on track and gives clarity and belief to the process.
