How has your life changed since you were in your late teens or early twenties?

Have a think about that for a moment. 

Is it all about you now?

Or do you have –

– A more stressful job to hold down?
– A family to look after?
– Pressures to provide?
– Pressures to be more active?
– Pressures to eat better?

Are you in the same state of body and mind you were 20 years ago?

Chances are , probably not.

No one gave us an instructional manual for this “life” stuff. 😫

We have to deal with what ever life throws at us as we go.
