Since November 2018, my client Lee has achieved 6.5 inches off his waist and over 5.5 inches off his hips & thighs.
He’s into a size L top 2 months earlier than expected.
His heart rate is down below 80 & is HRV is up which makes him less stressed & anxious.
His blood pressure is down which was a massive goal for him.
