Client told me he couldn’t get up no matter what he tried before 7am.
Never had Time for the gym.
Didn’t have time for food in the morning.
Couldn’t allocate Time to himself (something we call YOU time for clients)
Flip the switch 4 weeks later.
I woke up to a text off him this morning at the gym.
He’s sleeping 7 hours now pretty much straight through.
He’s waking up earlier, we have created time for himself, and a morning routine that serves his goal.
He’s now controlling his day, rather than his Day controlling him.
So his morning heart rate anxiety, stress & overwhelm lowered, which = better peformance at work and life.
Now we have his health in order, it’s time to build him his best body yet 🏋️♀️
