We all have different physiology. We all have different stressors. We all have different work/life training balance. Some of us will be able to eat more carbs, some won’t have to do much cardio, some won’t have to train much and can focus more on a rest and recovery approach.
There isn’t a one size fits all approach but if you stick to the main principles you will get there. Just do you and do it better each day. Focus on the process and the small steps you have to take each day… and soon you will be at your destination.
